Our goal is to serve nonprofits in a way few other consulting companies do – by combining strategic guidance with getting the job done.

Mary Kaiser founded Kaiser Group Inc. in 1999 after working for 15 years in development at major institutions. She is a nationally recognized expert in building membership and annual fund programs. Jen Kaiser and Monica Kaiser add their expertise in nonprofit communication, research, and capacity building.

We work together or individually depending on your project. We also bring trusted colleagues to the team when needed.

We are sisters whose individual talents, experience and collaborative skills happily merge into a consulting group with a difference: one that turns vision into actions and results.
